This year we had the opportunity to film the 9th annual Friends of Scott Unforgettable Prom.
Friends of Scott is a non-profit organization founded in the memory of Scott Delgadillo, who past away due to childhood cancer. The organization supports youth cancer patients and their families by providing financial and emotional support. One of the events they put on every year is the Unforgettable Prom. This year all attendees danced the night away in the Hall of Champions in Balboa Park. When they arrived, they walked down a red carpet with a cheering crowd and photographers waiting to take their photos. After, they entered the building to be taken back to the roaring twenties in the theme of the Great Gatsby.
Being able to record this event was a blast. It was such a special night for the patients and their guests. Friends of Scott created such a beautiful night for the kids to celebrate and have fun at no cost to the attendees. Also, a special thank you goes out to Darin Dietz of Pacific Event Productions, who connected us to the wonderful organization.
