ShootQ bring our client's project management to the cloud.

To be successful, our business needs structure and the ability to keep track of multiple clients. That's why we have implemented the use of a new cloud based billing and project management software called ShootQ.

Not only does it allow us to serve our clients to the best of our ability, it provides benefits directly to our clients. We just send our clients a link with their own personal password which then redirects them to their customizable “ShootQ Client Area.”

Here are five perks (we like to highlight) for clients:
  1. Ability to review proposals
  2. Control over approving their proposals by providing their electronic/digital signature
  3. Track all invoices and payments
  4. Accepts credit cards online (which is a new change for us at the office)
  5. Overall convenience

Annual Read Across America Day

Once again, we had the pleasure of providing video and photography to Educational Enrichment Systems (EES) in celebrating Read Across America Day on March 2. The idea behind this particularly day is to honor the birthday of Dr. Seuss by supporting children's literacy!

As always, the community support was fantastic. More than 130 community members and parents participated at all of the 22 EES preschools! A librarian, a police chief and fire fighters entertained children at the Jeff and Deni Jacobs Child Development Center in Linda Vista while the other locations hosted school principals, military personnel, teachers, literacy coaches and many more!

Tom deMalignon, one of our senior videographers said, "As a person who has a passion for reading, it's wonderful to see these kids embrace reading at such a young age.  I really think it's an invaluable gift."

What a great joy it is to, once again, work with EES at an event that highlights high quality early childhood education in action.

ARTS provides children A Reason to Survive!

There are so many applications for Video and Photography, in supporting organizations to meet their goals, that we’ve developed a diverse set of clients over the years. One special niche we’ve cultivated is with non-profit organizations.

Video can be a powerful tool for non-profits because it has the inherent ability to show how it helps people through personal interviews and stories.  On top of learning about program details,  video creates a personal connection which works well in sharing the positive effects had on a community.

“ARTS: A Reason to Survive” is a nonprofit organization, “dedicated to healing, inspiring, and empowering youth facing life challenges by providing innovative arts-based programs, education, and employment opportunities.” We had the sincere pleasure of creating a overview video for this dynamic organization which helped them reach community members, who may either need support from or want to give support to ARTS.
