UPAC's 40th Anniversary

The Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC) had their 40th anniversary, which marks forty years of serving the Asian, Pacific Islander, Latino, Middle Eastern, East African, African American, and other diverse ethnic populations of San Diego County. They support communities by running different programs for all ages.

The ACE Program focuses on preventing community violence and supporting the victims and their families through various teen empowerment meetings.The UPAC Economic Development team provides outreach to give their clients a better understanding of small business principles, fiscal management, and business planning and development. At the EMASS Community Center, older adults of ethnic and racial minorities are able to strengthen their ability to live independently and improve their quality of life by getting involved in bi-weekly recreational activities.
